Please note that we request you submit this form 3 WEEKS PRIOR to the first date you'd like to start promoting your event.
This will allow sufficient time to plan, design, and create all the necessary materials and promotion methods you will be requesting.

Your staff or ministry team leader must create the event in AND reserve the rooms/resources needed for your event before this form is submitted.

CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

Crossroads will create graphics and promotional material to ensure we have the proper formatting to promote across various media types 
(pre-service slides, social media, website, etc.). We welcome any ideas you would like to share (color, pictures, graphic ideas) to help achieve the look and feel you'd like for your event. The content that will go into your requested promotional items depends on the information and content you provide us! We'll be asking for some more details about your event below. Please provide as much information as you can, where applicable. Thank you! We look forward to working with you to promote your event at Crossroads!

Is there a book or resource to purchase, and when? What kind of information, outside of standard contact information, do you need from event participants?
